EMBO Global Activities Updates

Established through a cooperation agreement in early 2016, European Molecular Biology Organization (EMBO)-India partnership aims to strengthen scientific interactions and collaborative research between India and Europe. The Department of Biotechnology, Government of India is the Nodal Agency for the association from the Indian side.The EMBO India association provides access to the Indian scientific community, to research and knowledge enhancing opportunities available at EMBO including EMBO programs, lecture courses, investigator networks, events & symposium etc. and fosters collaborations. A list of EMBO- Global Events and skills development courses taking place in 2026 is shared below. The Department encourages the Indian scientific community to explore these opportunities.
