The Department of Biotechnology has electronic library consortium (DeLCON) since 2009, having access to 1000+ online journals facilitating research in the country. At present, DBT autonomous institutions and some institutions from NER are members of this consortium, who are having direct access to DeLCON. We are pleased to announc e that DeLCON resources are now available to all the scientists (PIs, Co-PIs etc.) of DBT funded ongoing projects under ‘Fair Use Policy’ through indirect access. The pdf of articles will be made available to you under ‘Fair Use Policy’ which allows use for your own research / academic purpose only and prohibits further circulation of these pdfs to others. All the DBT supported scientists are encouraged to take the benefits of DeLCON. All the PIs/ Co-PIs are informed to go through DeLCON website (www.delcon.gov.in) and the list of journals available at http://delcon.gov.in/D_journal.php. Some more journals will be available on free trial time to time. In case, you require any of the articles/ papers (full text) for your research, a request may be sent as per the format given below. Before submitting your request, please check resources available with your own organization and if not available, then ensure its availability in DeLCON. The required articles will be provided to you free of cost, preferable within two working days.
